Voices of Vietnam

The real story from our troops…

Voices of Vietnam was a collaboration between PVA and the Hospice of the Chesapeake, where the true courageous story of select Vietnam War veterans were told.

This short, 22-minute documentary debuted during the Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day celebration on March 30th and was additionally submitted to the Library of Congress.

My first step into professional productions…

Voices of Vietnam was the first large-scale production I was ever involved with. The Annapolis High School, PVA program, and Hospice of the Chesapeake organizations all collaborated to create this documentary detailing what our veterans experienced during the Vietnam War. Our entire PVA Film class handled the production work: setting up the camera, capturing footage, editing, and acting as an interviewer.
